Since we make every reasonable effort to keep down the cost of your dental care without sacrificing quality, payment is due at the end of each visit. Payment maybe made preferably by cash or checks drawn on local banks. We also accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and checks drawn on U.S. banks.

     If you have dental insurance, please bring the form with you. We will fill the form out and return it to you and you can forward it to your insurance provider.

     Since most dental insurance policies provide only partial coverage, for that reason, you will be responsible for the fee of the visit at the time of the visit.
